JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a pre-sales operations manager with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate, looking to learn, grow and develop exceptional real estate skills alongside our dynamic and highly successful real estate group.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold an active Residential Real Estate License
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate
  • Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken) in English and French
  • Must be proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Assist with initial client communications in support of Rochelle Cantor presales activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule property visits to align with client preferences and availability.
  • Organize and attend open houses to showcase properties and drive interest.
  • Support the management of real estate transaction lifecycles, ensuring timely administrative follow-up and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies for promoting and selling real estate.
