WHAT YOU’LL DO
Toon Boom’s Partner Enablement Manager will play a key role in enhancing our Channel Management by providing crucial support to our global partners. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for successfully implementing and monitoring channel processes while supporting partners and the channel team in executing growth strategies. You will be the go-to expert for partners on best practices in sales procedures and Toon Boom’s internal systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiarize yourself with all internal systems and procedures to serve as a key point of reference for our partners and Channel Directors.
- Define, refine, and maintain channel standard operating procedures and partner enablement resources to empower partners for success.
- Objectively arbitrate the business rules of our partner program, including deal registration, opportunity allocation, and lead assignments, in the best interest of Toon Boom.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding and refresher training for partners, while building a comprehensive library of enablement resources, including playbooks, best practices, sales processes, and use cases.
- Reinforce sales best practices and offerings with directors and partners to fully enable their capacity to reach revenue targets.
- Monitor partner dashboards and KPIs to ensure alignment with sales goals, advising on improvements with channel directors and sales leadership.
- Liaise with partners, the sales team, and other departments to facilitate effective selling and ensure consistent representation of Toon Boom’s values.
- Foster a supportive environment by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and proactive collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Evaluate the success of our partner program and processes, sharing feedback with internal stakeholders to maximize channel sales profitability.
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with partner-related projects and executive reporting.
