Responsibilities:

We are currently searching for a driven and dedicatedResponsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Manager on a Full-time basis to join our close-knit team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.
As a RCG Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Safer Gambling Strategy, focusing on identifying and addressing gambling-related harm, managing guest interactions, and overseeing exclusion processes.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Identify signs of gambling-related harm and assist guests in making informed decisions
  • Manage customer relationships with tact and diplomacy
  • Manage Responsible Gaming in strategy development, implementation and continuous improvement strategies
  • Maintain currency with established procedures and policies, making recommendations and contributing to the implementation of change, to support optimal service delivery
  • Ensure accurate and confidential management of exclusion orders
  • Develop systems and reporting processes to monitor Responsible Gambling risks
  • Lead team development and engagement, including coaching and mentoring
  • You will lead timely, targeted and risk-based inspections, including rostered weekend and late-night deployments and activities and comprehensive desktop reviews, to ensure compliance
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and show innovative thinking
