Responsibilities:
- Effectively monitor and identify patrons displaying potential signs of problem gambling
- Proactively supporting and facilitating customer service with patrons who exhibit signs of problem gambling
- Providing support to team members and conducting relevant gambling assistance conversations with patrons where necessary
- Provide and facilitate information to patrons about gambling counselling and self-exclusion
- Record and report instances of potential gambling harm
- Lead a culture of proactive gambling harm minimisatio
