RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL – 6-BED CHILDREN’S HOME
Location: Near Heathrow (Hybrid Role)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus & Increments

We are seeking a dedicated Responsible Individual to oversee our 6-bed children’s home near Heathrow, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities:
As the Responsible Individual, you will:
- Provide strategic oversight and support to the Registered Manager to ensure excellent care and operational performance.
- Oversee and manage referrals, building positive relationships with external agencies and local authorities.
- Drive the growth of the home’s occupancy rate, ensuring placements are suitable and sustainable.
- Work towards the company’s long-term goal of expanding its portfolio of children’s homes.
- Spend at least two days per week in the home, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
