The Responsible Investment (RI) Reporting and Communications team ensure our members, future members, partners, peers and people understand how investing responsibly with HESTA can realise that future.
Depending on your experience level, this role title could be Specialist or Lead.
In this role, you will help deliver the responsible investment reporting and communications requirements inclusive of 1) strategic RI communications 2) mandatory and voluntary reporting and disclosure 3) member RI communications. The role will also develop responsible investment content, working closely with the brand, marketing, content management, media and investment management teams to ensure messages are aligned with broader communications plans and strategy.
Your contribution will help consolidate HESTA’s position as a thought leader in responsible investment.
About You
With a keen interest in writing and a passion for responsible investment, you will understand how an institutional investor complies with global frameworks such as the UN’s Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) and the recommendations of the Task Force on climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), along with knowledge of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To be successful in this role you will need expertise in technical writing, editing techniques and the ability to translate complex responsible investment themes and priorities into simple, clear and compelling messages for both internal and external stakeholders through a range of channels.
You will have a collaborative approach and enjoy working with different stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Also desirable is experience in superannuation, investments or other global markets organisations and an understanding of different investment asset classes.
