Purpose
As the Restaurant & Bar Manager at GEORGIE, you’ll bring your expertise and energy to craft unforgettable dining and bar experiences. Leading a passionate team, you’ll play a key role in shaping GEORGIE’s vibrant presence in the Sydney scene.

The Role

  • Enjoy a base salary of $90,000 plus superannuation, along with exclusive Accor Global Staff Benefits
  • Guide and inspire a talented group of 20 team members
  • Enjoy minimal late nights and a great work-life balance
  • Elevate a thriving cocktail menu that’s already a hit with guests
  • Oversee the vibrant breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings

Primary Responsibilities

  • Train and lead a team of rock star front-of-house staff, setting the standard for service excellence
  • Curate and oversee an extensive and diverse beverage program encompassing wines and cocktails, ensuring staff proficiency through exceptional training
  • Develop innovative strategies to boost revenue and drive profitability
  • Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels, ensuring we are always well-stocked with the finest ingredients and beverages
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and collaboration, fostering a team that is as passionate as you are
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all
  • Tackle guest inquiries and issues head-on, turning challenges into opportunities to shine
  • Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and flawless execution
