We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on restaurant management and customer service. SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for all food service activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience within the hotel or restaurant.
