OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on restaurant management and customer service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service are maintained.
SKILLS
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order management and financial reporting.

- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for all food service activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience within the hotel or restaurant.
