Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
McDonalds Assistant Managers lead shifts every week, making sure guests get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Assistant Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to our guests.
Assistant Managers are responsible for making sure Crew and Leaders deliver a great guest experience, the restaurant delivers great quality food to our guests, and trains the crew and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Assistant Managers make sure promotions are correct, our crew is trained on proper procedures, and our crew is recognized and motivated throughout their time at McDonald’s.
Qualifications for Assistant Manager
The successful candidate will have At least one year of experience as a food service manager, preferably with a quick restaurant or service background. Excellent References A passion for Guest Service Ability to adapt to a changing environment. As an Assistant Manager, you may be responsible for: Business Planning, Internal Communication, People Practices, Daily Maintenance, and Cleanliness Exceptional Guest Service, Shift Management, Food Safety, Production Procedures, and Scheduling Training correct, our crew is trained on proper procedures, and our crew is recognized and motivated throughout their time at McDonald’s.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
