An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Restaurant Assistant at our Lacock branch, in either our Lavender Lodge or Herb Garden restaurant.
The ideal candidates will ideally have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcome.
Full Time: Working 4 days during the week and alternate weekends.
Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
Ensure all food stored and handled to company standards
Clear tables quickly and help keep the restaurant clean, tidy and attractive
Operate a till with efficiency
Prepare and serve drinks to the specified standard, in an efficient and friendly manner
Transactions handled correctly and courteously
