As our Restaurant and Bars Manager you will:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
  • Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
  • Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
