As our new Restaurant and Bars Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for an amazing dining experience or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Organising work, directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
• Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
• Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

• Working closely with the Director of F&B to set, monitor and refine budgets, drive revenue and manage expensesMultitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, supporting recruitment, training of the team and coordinating shift scheduling,

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
• 2+ years’ related supervisory experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• A team player

• Impeccable attention to detail.We’re flexible and hope you are too - we’ll work with you to roster you across a range of shifts that work for you and for our business too.
