Job Responsibilities:

  • Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
  • Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or menus
  • Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Anticipate guest’s needs. Be alert of guest signals and acknowledge the guest
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables/bowling lanes and take to kitchen for cleaning
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, bar and bowling areas throughout shift
  • Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 16 years old and able to get work permit if under 18
  • Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
  • Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
  • Knowledge of food and beverage specifications and workplace safety procedures
  • Well-groomed and neat appearance
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability mandatory for consideration of employment
