Job Description
Three Blue Ducks newest adventure is located in the Bellingen, NSW! This unique site offers that classic Ducks’ feel; real food, good company, stunning location. With a dine-in venue, a dedicated function space (perfect for weddings) it’s truly a unique venue! It’s the dream location for a special event, escape to the coast or day trip! Highlighting the very best the region’s growers, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers have to offer. The menu has been carefully created by chefs, Andy Allen and Darren Robertson and We have built an epic Ducks’ team - So join us on our next adventure!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the industry (restaurant or events) is required. We’re looking for someone who has worked as an Restaurant & Events Manager before!
  • Ability to work the actual event, weddings, events, corporate functions, etc.
  • Able to work in a team but also autonomously at times
  • A strong passion and knowledge about food and drinks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with website management and reservations systems (ADDED BONUS)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be working under an experienced Senior Events Manager to promote, coordinate and run a range of events out of our newest venue. For the right candidate, this role will be an amazing opportunity; offering mentorship, hands-on Industry experience and the chance to develop your skills on the job.
