DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee our establishment in Kuwait. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, leading a dedicated team, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The Restaurant General Manager will play a vital role in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere while meeting financial goals and upholding safety and compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Good budgeting and financial management abilities.
  • Effective conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance regulations within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a cohesive and skilled team.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts or guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
