DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee our establishment in Kuwait. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, leading a dedicated team, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Good budgeting and financial management abilities.
- Effective conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge of safety compliance regulations within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-control measures.
