Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in restaurant management.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff training, kitchen management, food production, inventory control.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory procurement
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and payment transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Restaurant management experience
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Aloha POS system
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Previous experience in food service management
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
