Our Restaurant General Managers oversee a dedicated workforce, spanning the globe, all focused on crafting, serving, and delivering piping hot, fresh, and mouth-watering pizzas to our valued ‘crustomers’. Your role will involve running operations, leveraging your expertise, coaching abilities, and leadership skills to guide your team toward success.

Required experience:
You must have demonstrated the ability to lead a team to success and achieve exceptional results by operating efficiently and safely within the Pizza Hut environment. Your agility and ability to serve as a role model will enable you to work effectively, possessing extensive product knowledge and the capability to assist others in their learning and development alongside you. Your background may lie in the food services industry or retail, but regardless of your field, you must possess the necessary leadership credentials to embrace this thrilling opportunity.

Skills/Knowledge required:

  • Proficient in managing a diverse team of enthusiastic pizza enthusiasts.
  • Possess commercial awareness and the ability to think outside the box in order to drive market performance in your specific area.
  • Understanding of financial management.
  • Skilled in utilizing data and insights to drive results through your team.
  • Excellent coaching abilities and a growth mindset. We will provide you with exceptional training and support.
  • Basic knowledge of HR/employee relations to guide your team members throughout their journey with us.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with your team, superiors, and customers.
  • Capable of interpreting data and sharing plans with your team.
  • A proven track record of developing individuals within a professional setting.
