Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
- Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure efficient table utilization and smooth service flow.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring accurate seating and waitlist management.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area and lobby.
- Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth coordination between the different departments
