Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
  • Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure efficient table utilization and smooth service flow.
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring accurate seating and waitlist management.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard.
  • Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area and lobby.
  • Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth coordination between the different departments
