Job Description :
KNOWLEDGE
- To have complete knowledge of standard operating policies and procedures.
- To understand the uniqueness of PHF from the history to the characters of each areas/restaurants and bar.
- Understand many different culture, nationalities, personal preference and appreciate the difference and deliver satisfaction.
- To have basic knowledge of food & beverage of all floors.
- To have a very good communication skills in English.
- To have a thorough knowledge of each level distribution and function and number of pax.
- To be aware of fire and safety standards and procedures.
PR
- To be able to promote all floors with right wording and correct information.
To understands the uniqueness and characters of each area and suggest the right area to the right guests.To be able to explain to guest the kind of events that the venue is able to host.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Well spoken and service orientated
- Shift, weekend and PH work required
- 2 Off days a week
