Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven minimum 3 experience in restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of bartending, cooking techniques, and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
