ABOUT US:

Moody Lagoon is a restaurant located on Benguela Cove in the coastal resort of Hermanus. We operate 7 days a week for lunch and extend to dinner service during December and January, offering a unique dining experience in a picturesque setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and uphold high standards.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage the team, ensuring motivation and excellence in service delivery.
  • Guest-Centric: Prioritize delivering a superior guest experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Management: Manage inventory efficiently, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Presentation: Maintain a professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
  • Hardworking & Hands-On: Be actively involved in all aspects of the restaurant, setting the standard for the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational and stock management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
