JOB OVERVIEW: The Restaurant Manager ‘s focus will be to provide a unique dining experience for our guests and a safe, well managed workplace for our team members to grow. The Restaurant Manager will organize and execute all aspects of the business relating to the operation of The Bruce Craft house and will be the go-to person for all essential job functions. In this role you will work a flexible schedule that will be driven by the business on the books.
