Description:
You will be responsible for below list of duties:
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
- Checking stock level and ordering supplies.
- Maintain good customer services and responding to customer complains.
- Processing and analyze information for scheduling and budgeting.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to company’s policy and uniform standard.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining area.
Ideally you will have the following attributes

- A current General Managers Certificate with LCQ is preferred
