Description:

You will be responsible for below list of duties:

  • Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
  • Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
  • Checking stock level and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain good customer services and responding to customer complains.
  • Processing and analyze information for scheduling and budgeting.
  • Ensuring that all employees adhere to company’s policy and uniform standard.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining area.

  • A current General Managers Certificate with LCQ is preferred
