JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our restaurant’s reputation for exceptional service and delicious food.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in Thai restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
-Knowledge of Thai cuisine is a plus. - Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
