Job Description:
Tumbi Hotel - Tapestry Collection Hilton is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at one of our premier properties. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a multi-lingual candidate, with a preference for fluency in Russian, to cater to our diverse international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any guest concerns or complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring they align with brand standards and guest preferences
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable and up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment

Work Experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or luxury establishment
  • Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
