Lena’s Roti and Doubles is now hiring immediately for Full Time Restaurant Manager

• Effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer expectations
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase sales
• Assist in serving customers in an efficient manner
• Motivate and monitor customer service team to ensure quality standards met
• Grow catering sales
• Coach and manage employees performance
• Follow and model Health and Safety standards
• Use Customer feedback to improve service standards
• Work with management to introduce new products
• Work with cook to prepare daily staff duties
• Order raw materials and supplies - manage inventory levels and cost
• Prepare weekly staff rosters
• Ensure KPI’s are met and corrective action taken if not met
• Interview and hire new employees
• Train new employees for success
• Manage repairs to facilities and equipment maintenance schedule
• Update system with all supplier invoices for payment
• Manage and update social media platforms
• Manage gross margins and waste
• Ensure food management standards are maintained
• At least 1 year experience required
