REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and a passion for hospitality.

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Work closely with our existing managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Prioritize exceptional customer service, adapting quickly to changing trade levels.
• Manage customer interactions both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience from booking to dining.
• Build strong relationships with both our clientele and team, leading with positivity, charisma, and a can-do attitude.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, reflecting our commitment to quality and consistency.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control to uphold smooth operations.
• Bring your creativity and ideas to the table, contributing to the growth and success of our business, including the opportunity to have input on producing new drinks and cocktail menus.
