Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team of 8 to 12 people
- Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer complaints.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times.
- Supervise special events and promotions.
- Stock control: make sure everything is always available
- Drive creativity and innovation, help upper management with creation of promotions to drive sales
