REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end hotel or resort
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and maximizing profitability
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine pairings and fine dining service standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our award-winning restaurants, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You will inspire and motivate the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they deliver impeccable service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control and payroll costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain a menu that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation
- Drive revenue growth by managing budgets, optimising table turnover, and implementing effective promotions
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and engaging work environment
- Address customer feedback and resolve any service issues professionally
