About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house.
  • Draft and manage staff rosters, balancing customer satisfaction and budget constraints.
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Optimize table floor plans and manage guest bookings.
  • Implement measures to reduce waste and enhance profitability.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff training.
  • Maintain the venue’s atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance.
  • Foster relationships with regular guests and enhance community engagement.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize costs.
  • Oversee the beverage program and drive increased sales.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within a fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
