Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving restaurant success. As a Restaurant Manager at Oregano’s, you will:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record as a restaurant manager in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (Aloha, Table Management, OLO, Compeat Radar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid food safety and alcohol serving certifications.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
