We expect our Special Teams Restaurant Managers to successfully manage their locations in a profitable manner by motivating staff to enhance sales, control costs and inventory, and uphold high standards of excellence and customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Company Guest Services policy is adhered to in the restaurant at all times
  • Address any issues or complaints from our guests
  • Mentor employees in delivering exceptional guest service
  • Guarantee the presentation of safe food products to guests
  • Manage staff relations, including recruitment, performance reviews, support for growth and development, guidance and onsite training, and educating staff on corporate policies and procedures
  • Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times
  • Monitor and maintain the corporate budget; provide daily inventory counts; submit weekly inventory reports; increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs remain within budget
  • Uphold the company’s high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
  • Conduct minor maintenance as needed
  • Seek opportunities for the restaurant to engage in community events
  • Maintain appropriate food inventory levels in line with sales volumes
  • Foster a pleasant working environment

Qualifications:

  • Food service and management experience are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient PC skills
  • A valid driver’s license is essential
  • A conscientious approach with focus on profitability
  • Ability to meet deadlines through efficient time management
  • A desire for continual challenges to promote personal growth
  • Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Possession of strong interpersonal skills
