Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for restaurant, bar and conference catering
  • Daily management, coaching of the team and participation in operations
  • Offers and sales of parties and events
  • Budget tasks, shift planning, guest and employee satisfaction across the hotel’s other departments and other administrative tasks
