Job Description
Create memorable moments for our guests every day, leading our bustling breakfast service. Here you can indulge your passion for crafting exceptional guest experiences. You can take pride in serving the perfect latte, or the best a la carte breakfast the guest has ever had. You will delight our regular guests with your ability to remember their name, and just how they like their coffee served or their eggs prepared. With every perfect serve, the more you can enjoy each day.

You will:

  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
  • Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
  • Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the breakfast service team.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by the active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and marketing team to innovate and elevate our service offering.

Qualifications
