Description:

  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Subway staff.
  • Schedule and organize work shifts for employees.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Place orders for supplies and coordinate deliveries.
  • Food Safety and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all food safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
  • Monitor the quality of food products and ensure they meet Subway’s standards.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with Subway policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations.
  • Stay informed about any changes in Subway’s operational guidelines.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Keep the team informed about new menu items, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Facility Maintenance:
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management on the restaurant’s performance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to $27.65 per hour
    Expected hours: 38 per week
