Description:
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Subway staff.
- Schedule and organize work shifts for employees.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Place orders for supplies and coordinate deliveries.
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all food safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
- Monitor the quality of food products and ensure they meet Subway’s standards.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Subway policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about any changes in Subway’s operational guidelines.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees.
- Keep the team informed about new menu items, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management on the restaurant’s performance.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $27.65 per hour
