We are currently recruiting for an Restaurant Manager to join the team and manage our hotel restaurant. In this position you will be working with a team of 7 and report directly to both F&B Operations Managers.
Working pattern: full time / shift work / 10.30am to 8.00pm
Salary: Up to £42,000 annually, including service charge
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment, who has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, good organisational skills and team leadership skills.

As an Restaurant Manager you will:

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Manage a team on the floor and guide them
• Monitor online customer reviews and act upon feedback where necessary
• Lead and motivating a team to deliver all aspects of food and beverage service
• Manage the presentation of all areas including both front and back of house
• Communicate effectively with members of their team and the wider hotel teams
