The Position

• Prepare and cook high quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensuring minimum wastage efficiently and consistently.
• Provide courteous, friendly and welcoming service to our Guests
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean environment at all times
• A happy, friendly and energetic personality with preferably supervisory and management experience in hospitality / fast food industries
• Lead by example with a desire to deliver high quality customer service and training to the team as required.
• Ability to maximise sales and profit through effective management of team and Restaurant operations
