POSITION:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the front of house operations for our vibrant Pasta & Pizza and Terra restaurants located within our stunning Liverpool Street store.
As the Restaurant Operations Manager you will be in charge of all the operations within the restaurant outlets of the store ensuring great guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive, productive, and engaged work environment, whilst Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and execute innovative and successful events to showcase our unique brand and offerings.
Succesfull candidates will have strong and proven experience as general managers working in a multi-outlet hospitality environment and leading larger teams.

Duties & Responsabilities:

  • Organise and direct the store’s restaurant operations to maximise profitability while upholding the company’s mission, values, policies, quality, and guest experience standards.
  • Liaise with the Executive Chef to ensure food production for restaurant activities are planned to meet business and clients’ needs.
  • Sets departmental goals and lead a team of managers, working closely with each to understand operational needs, provide training and motivation, and encourage interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners
  • Analyze financial data and develops strategies around pricing, merchandizing and promotions aimed at increasing efficiencies and driving sales, focusing on customer target and offering.
  • Prepares weekly updates on the Front of House department and collaborates closely with corporate and senior leaders to plan activities and achieve all store goals.
  • Assists with employee hiring, assignment, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations, and terminations.
  • Estimates food and beverage needs, and requisitions or purchases food, beverage, supplies and equipment; receives and checks orders to ensure that they adhere to specifications.
  • Working collaboratively with the Events & Marketing team on storewide partner events at to ensure a successful execution.
  • Documents, investigates, and resolves employee and guest incidents.
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience within the Restaurants sector.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or brands at one time.
  • Solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives and monitor progress.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to lead from the front and enjoy a guest facing role.
  • Strong business, organisational and analytical skills in a complex, high volume environment.
  • Ability to work well as part of a large senior team.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Right to work in the UK.
