We are seeking a warm, professional, and poised Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire dining experience. Your role will involve greeting guests with a welcoming smile, managing reservations, and ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A polished and professional appearance. •
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
