JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, including customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen facilities.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
