JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your ability to create a positive dining experience while effectively managing restaurant operations will be key to our success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, including customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

    Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen facilities.
  • Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
