Description:
Job Summary The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor employees on proper food handling procedures, service standards, and safety protocols - Monitor and maintain quality control measures to uphold food safety standards - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of menu items - Handle cash transactions, reconcile receipts, and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty Requirements - Previous experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in restaurant operations - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Proficiency in supervising staff members to maintain a cohesive team environment - Understanding of kitchen operations to oversee food preparation processes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
