REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in the UAE, with expertise in high-end or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of European and Japanese cuisine and fine dining service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (preferably any European Language/Russian/Turkish etc).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Presentable and customer-focused personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Train and mentor staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of essential items.
  • Handle shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Strive to enhance guest satisfaction by identifying opportunities for improvement.
