REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in the UAE, with expertise in high-end or fine dining establishments.
- Strong knowledge of European and Japanese cuisine and fine dining service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (preferably any European Language/Russian/Turkish etc).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Presentable and customer-focused personality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy.
- Ensure all staff adhere to restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Train and mentor staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of essential items.
- Handle shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Strive to enhance guest satisfaction by identifying opportunities for improvement.
