As Restaurant Supervisor you will play an integral role coordinating the launch of “Le Petite Chef” in Sydney ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.
“Le Petite Chef” is a unique dining experience that creates an unforgettable experience of delightful dining and sophisticated theatre.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
• 1+ years’ related experience, including supervisory experience preferable.
• Available across a 7-day roster
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
