Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shop Manager to lead our team at our North London store, where we create memorable experiences with our delicious desserts and exceptional service. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and business growth, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Train, schedule, and manage team members to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to minimise waste and ensure availability of products.
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing staff rotas.
  • Manage sales targets, and profitability, taking steps to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Organise regular team meetings to address goals, feedback, and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality, retail, or desserts industry.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
