POSITION OVERVIEW

The Retail Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our relationships with retail partners. This individual will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth distribution of products to our franchise locations and external retail customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, sales, or other roles within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Education: Schooling in Beauty, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Location: Must currently live in Kelowna, BC

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including major accounts like Tommy Gun’s Original barbershops and Shoppers Drug Mart, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and securing new business.
  • Product Distribution: Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to franchise locations and external retail customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, account activities, and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Distribution, and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Training: Educate retail partners on new products and services, providing training and resources as needed.
