Chevron is accepting online applications for the Retail Accounting Analyst position through August 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

DAILY CASH RECONCILIATION and EXCEPTIONS HANDLING

  • Review and perform daily cash reconciliation and exception handling for Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) or Commission Agent (CA) stations to ensure that cash deposited in the bank agrees with the reported cash received in the Retail System.
  • Report all exceptions noted during the performance of daily cash reconciliation. Follow - up responses to exceptions, as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit applicable reports.

BANK and ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation for COCO/CA station bank accounts.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliation on assigned MOP accounts.
  • Review, analyze and investigate reconciling items noted in the reconciliation in collaboration with the in-country COCO/CA Accountant.
  • Trace and escalate reconciling items following FSS trace and escalation standards.
