About the Role
My Client is looking for five motivated individuals to join our Retail and Franchise Sales Internship Program. As an intern, you’ll work alongside our top-performing Area Managers, learning the ins and outs of franchise and retail management, customer service, and financial performance in the food industry. This opportunity includes a comprehensive two-week onboarding at our Johannesburg facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Area Managers in serving franchisees and retail clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor franchise performance, focusing on quality, cleanliness, and inventory management.
  • Analyze financial reports with Area Managers to maximize profit and efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing brand standards across all franchise and retail outlets in your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Retail, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Some prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills; familiarity with Garb- internal systems is beneficial (training will be provided).
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (petrol allowance included).
