Your mission…
You will be responsible for a given district within our Omni channel in Finland, focusing on the largest doors in the Helsinki area. The role is Field based and you are responsible for our full portfolio of brands. You secure visibility for our launches and campaigns and support the stores in your district with necessary information and material to optimize the sell out. You are consumer centric and arrange and perform branded events for our launches and campaigns together with sell out in your biggest doors at the most trafficked days. You will report to the Swedish Retail Unit manager based in Sweden and work closely together with the local brand teams, with your colleagues in the Swedish Omni Field team. You will build a strong relationship with the Retailers store managers and Beauty advisors in the stores. Through instore events, workshops and a close follow up of results in your district.

You will…

  • Be responsible for a given district with Omni doors (10-20 doors) with a strong focus on the largest doors
  • Secure sell out in district according to budget, in total and per key brands/categories, per month and year
  • Secure planograms, campaign and launch visibility in the stores
  • Deliver service and visits according to the clusterization in district. You have insight and understanding of each stores needs
  • Perform sell out in largest doors 2-3 days a week
  • Be the key stakeholder to animate and organise instore events linked to tradeplan prioritizing the largest doors. Inform beauty advisors in the store, engage them, set daily targets.
  • Secure a close relationship to store managers and Beauty advisors in district.

You are…

  • Result driven and have proven strong results from any Beauty Retailer
  • Organized and driven by results and performance
  • Has a good financial and mathematical understanding of the analysis and follow-up of budgets at store and district level
  • Has experience in analyzing and following up key figures (sales index, budgets) and further identifying opportunities and potential for improvement
  • Coaching is in your approach. You are motivated by developing those around you and know that to succeed you must create results through others
  • Solution oriented and have strong knowledge from Retail excellence and brand expression/execution
  • A true relationship builder, to both consumers and Retailers
  • Proactive and creative, you are a “doer” and understand how you can optimize the stores in your district
  • Fluent in Finnish
  • Drivers License
