Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Job Type: Full time
Hours: 9:00am to 5.00pm (5 days over 7 on a rota basis)
Salary: £24,750 per annum (with achievable monthly incentive schemes which could increase your monthly salary by up to 25%

As part of the Store Management team, you will contribute to the store’s daily operations, from promoting products and maximising sales to delivering outstanding customer service. You will also assist with stock management and deliveries, so the ability to lift and handle products is essential. Your role will involve supporting the Store Manager and helping customers on the sales floor.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE:
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
A full driving licence is essential for this role and a DBS disclosure will be required (for which Ableworld UK will meet the cost).
