Responsibilities:
- Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks
- Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters
- Perform repair works as necessary
- Advice customers on purifier set up, cleaning, and maintenance
- Manage the showroom in terms of customer service and sales
- Schedule customer appointments and delegate leads to sales teamSchedule installation and servicing for current customers
